Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

SMS Policy For Marketing
Users will get SMS regarding the special offer that they signed up for and future marketing messages via SMS and email. They can expect to receive messages like:
“Hi {name} thank you for signing up for {offer}. What works better for your morning or afternoon appointments?”
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” “Out” “Unsub” to the short code. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
To rejoin, sign up as you did initially or send “START”, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
You will receive messages daily after initial sign-up for 4 days and marketing messages once a month for monthly specials. You may also receive 2–3 messages for appointment reminders.
